The Munich-based software company planfocus® has gained one of the largest German state banks as a new reference customer: Since the begin of the rollout in spring 2012 , Landesbank Baden-Württemberg (LBBW) optimizes all its cash processes for ATMs, cash-recyclers and branches using the CPTO® solution from planfocus®.
The decision by LBBW for the cash management solution CPTO® was made after an in-depth market assessment with a detailed review of multiple providers. With nationwide more than 200 branches and a total balance sheet of EUR 373 billion (2011) LBBW is one of the largest banks in south-west Germany.
With the CPTO® implementation conducted by planfocus®, the cash processes of all regional member banks of LBBW, BW-Bank, Rheinland-Pfalz Bank and Sachsen Bank are controlled using automated cash supply planning. This allows for a seamless integration of all the different existing logistics requirements within one application.
